  • Day 1: Guwahati to Nameri - Embrace the Journey

    Arrival at Guwahati Airport or Guwahati Junction Railway Station. Our representative will greet you upon arrival and start our journey towards Nameri. Please take a deep breath, relax, hop on to our comfortable car, and soak yourself in one of the most enchanting journeys. As we proceed, you will be charmed by the beauty of the remote countryside and wilderness. It would be best if you took complete pleasure in this journey. As you get away from city life’s regular hustle and bustle, you should take a break from the internet and social media activities. Those activities can take a back seat for a while.

  • Day 2: Nameri to Bomdila - Into the Hills

    After breakfast today, we will start for Bomdila. Bomdilla is a very small hill town cuddled in the lap of the eastern Indian Himalayas and situated in the West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh. Bomdila is a little paradise surrounded by Himalayan Peaks at its horizon, virgin lush green forest, fruit orchards and an unparalleled spirituality that will calm your soul and leave you with utmost peace of mind. As we reach Bomdila, we will visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa) and Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa), District Museum, Craft Center, Handloom and Textile Emporium and Bomdila View Point. In the evening you can visit the local market, mingle with the local people and try local food. Spend the time at your leisure.

  • Day 3: Bomdila to Dirang - Monastic Marvels

As we make our way towards Dirang, we will also make stops at Tipi, a beautiful village known for its orchidarium, and the Nag Temple, which boasts a fascinating history. In the evening, we will have plenty of leisure time to explore the town at our own pace, and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Dirang.

  • Day 4: Dirang to Tawang - The Land of Lamas

    After indulging in a delectable breakfast, we will embark on a thrilling journey towards the serene and picturesque town of Tawang, also known as The Land of Lamas. Tawang, situated amidst the magnificent Himalayan mountains, is renowned for its awe-inspiring natural beauty and for its ancient Tawang Monasteries, which have stood the test of time for over 400 years. This charming town is also a popular pilgrimage centre for Buddhists across the globe and locals.

    During our scenic drive, which lasts seven to eight hours, we will take a break to appreciate the breathtaking views of the Sangti Valley, the majestic Sela Pass, the tranquil Sela Lake, and the historic Jaswant Garh War Memorial. Our journey will culminate with a visit to the stunning Nuranang Falls, an enchanting waterfall that cascades down from a height of over 100 meters.

    After a day full of adventure and exploration, we will rest for the night in Tawang, where you can bask in the tranquillity and beauty of this charming town.

  • Day 5: Tawang - High-Altitude Lakes and Passes

    We’ll start our day with a hearty breakfast to energise ourselves for an exciting adventure ahead. Our first stop will be the stunning Madhuri Lake, also known as Sangestar Tso, situated at an elevation of over 15,000 feet. The lake’s crystal-clear water reflects the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding snow-capped mountains, making it a sight to behold.
    Next, we’ll drive to the breathtaking Bumla Pass, situated at an altitude of over 15,000 feet. The pass is strategically located on the Indo-China border, and its awe-inspiring landscapes and panoramic views are breathtaking.

    We’ll return to Tawang for a relaxing evening as the day ends. You can unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings, explore the local markets, and indulge in some shopping. We’ll spend the night in Tawang, relishing the memories of a day well spent in the lap of nature.

  • Day 6: Tawang - Cultural Immersion

    Get ready for an exciting day ahead as we start with a scrumptious breakfast. Today, we will explore the spiritual centre of Tawang by visiting two of its most significant religious sites: Tawang Monastery and Urgelling Gompa, the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama. These places are not only beautiful but also rich in history and culture, and you will be awestruck by their grandeur and serenity.

    After that, we will move on to discover the War Memorial, which is a tribute to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives fighting for our country. It is a solemn place that will fill you with a sense of pride and patriotism.

    Next, we will visit the Craft Centre, a place where you can find exquisite local handicrafts. Tawang Craft Centre sells beautiful masks, hand-woven carpets, and jewellery in silver, coral and amber jewellery.   • Day 8: Dirang to Kaziranga - Into the Wild

    We have a packed day ahead of us starting with an early morning breakfast. Our destination is the beautiful Kaziranga National Park. As we make our way through the breathtaking roads of Arunachal Pradesh, you will be mesmerized by the stunning views along the way. Depending on the road conditions, we aim to reach our destination by early evening, allowing you to take in the sights and sounds of the park. The road drive will be long, but the journey will be worth it. You can spend your evening relaxing and rejuvenating by taking a leisurely walk or sampling some of the delicious and authentic Assamese cuisine. Rest assured, the overnight stay at Kaziranga is sure to provide you with a memorable experience.

    • 5:30 am – Pick up from hotel/accommodation
    • 6:30 am – Reach Kaziranga National Park for an early morning elephant safari.
